Bottle Feeder
When empty bottles are poured into the Hopper, a certain amount is transferred to the belt conveyor and automatically transferred to the Unscrambler.
Bottle Unscrambler
When an empty bottle is injected into a storage hop wave, the bottle is upright in a certain direction by the bottle separator inside the drum, and the bottom of the bottle is sucked into the vacuum conveyor at the bottom and transferred to the conveyo.
Air Cleaner
The purpose of cleaning the inside of the container is to remove foreign substances or dust from the bottle by holding the bottle with gripper after passing through the timing screw and Star Wheel. The air passes through the ionizer to remove static electricity, and also collects foreign substances and dust by means of a dust collector and discharges clean air to the outside.
Filler & Capper
It is an automatic facility that connects empty bottles with star wheels and guides and performs filling & capping processes in one body, making it easy to manage installation spaces and products hygienically.
Cap Sorter
It is a machine that automatically supplies the cap plate to the caper by aligning it while rotating in one direction.
Cap Feeder - Belt Type
Cap Hopper에 일정량의 Cap을 부어 놓으면 Cap Sorter에 자동 공급하는 기계입니다.
Case Packer
It is a machine that arranges the product in a box packaging unit in a multi-row load conveyor and collects a certain amount with a bottle grip and puts it in a box.
Case Erector
It is a machine that tape-attaches the lower part of the machine by driving the box with both side belts after forming the box by pin fixing.
Taping Machine
It is a machine that folds the upper plate and attaches a tape to the top while supplying the box containing the product to both side belts.
Weight Checker Reject System
It is a machine that selects and automatically discharges the capacity of a product (box).
