This is a line facility that automatically dismantles the supplied empty bottle (container), packs the product after going through washing, filling, and capping, and then loads to the pallet.

De-Palletizer
This is applied to the high-speed product line and is used to supply a large amount of empty bottles fast and stably.
Filling Block
Three functions are integrated in a single block: “Rinsing” to wash the supplied empty bottle, “filling” to inject liquid, and “capping” to put a cap.
Cap Sorter
This is a machine that brings the caps in line in one direction and supplies them to the capping machine automatically.
Cap Loader –Belt type
This is a machine that supplies a certain amount of caps to the cap sorter after saving them in the hopper.
Robot Palletizer System
This is a machine that loads the supplied products in a designated pattern on the pallet; the sheet and pallet are supplied automatically.
Bottle & Pack Conveyor System
This is a machine that enables the stable and smooth transfer of bottles and packs and keeps the flow of products consistent by being connected with other machines.
Air Conveyor & Single Line Conveyor
This is a machine that transfers the empty bottles released from the De-Palletizer and blowing machine to the Filling Box.
Shrink Wrapper(imported)
This is a machine that brings into line the products supplied from the filling block and packs them in plastic in certain patterns.
Cap Pasteurizer
This is a machine that pasteurizes the products that went through hot filling in the filling block by rotating it 90 degrees.
Cooler & Warmer
This is a machine that cools (warms) the products filled at high temperature (low temperature) by spraying cooling water for a certain number of hours.
Double Cap Loader
This is a machine that provides out cap to the rotary labeler (capping machine) to cover the out cap on the product done with the first capping.
